No real-money gambling. Daily Deck is a free-to-play simulated casino game. Virtual chips are score units only: they have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, prizes, goods, services, or cryptocurrency.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Daily Deck, the operator of dailydeck.online. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority where you live. You may use Daily Deck only where doing so is lawful. The service is not directed to children and is not offered as real-money gambling, a sweepstakes, a lottery, or a way to obtain anything of value.

Guest identity and player names

The current service uses a pseudonymous guest credential stored in your browser. You are responsible for the device and browser profile holding that credential. Clearing site data or losing access to the browser may make local progress and anonymous server sessions unrecoverable.

Player names must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, expose private information, or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, or abusive material. Names are not guaranteed to be unique or permanently reserved. We may hide, reset, or reject a name when reasonably necessary.

Games, daily limits, and results

Games reset according to the displayed UTC schedule and use the limits, wagers, payouts, and rules shown in the interface and on the Fairness page. Blackjack is currently server-authoritative. Dice, Video Poker, Mines, and Roulette are currently browser-local and unranked. A local display, modified client, screenshot, or shared result is not proof of a verified rank.

We may correct or void a result affected by a software defect, service interruption, impossible state, duplicate submission, automation, manipulation, or other rules violation. Demo standings and unfinished ranking features are not promises of a prize, placement, or permanent record.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Falsify actions, results, identities, server receipts, or ranking information.
• Use bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, exploits, or modified requests to gain an advantage or disrupt the service.
• Probe unrevealed cards or outcomes, bypass rate limits, access another player's credential, or interfere with security controls.
• Upload malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape the service abusively, or use Daily Deck for unlawful activity.
• Copy, resell, frame, or commercially exploit the service except with written permission.

Good-faith security reports may be sent to admin@dailydeck.online. Do not access data that is not yours or disrupt production while testing.

Advertising and third parties

Daily Deck may display advertising supplied by Google or other approved providers. Ads and external links may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their appearance does not mean Daily Deck endorses or guarantees them. Advertising does not change game outcomes, virtual chips, limits, or ranking.

No paid subscription in this version

Daily Deck does not currently process subscriptions, deposits, purchases, withdrawals, or entry fees. Any Pro screens or prices are previews, not an offer or completed transaction. Before a paid service is introduced, applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment-provider terms will be presented separately.

Ownership and license

Daily Deck and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and game presentation. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including games, rules, limits, rankings, advertising, or local storage behavior. We may also restrict access to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or game integrity. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of guest data.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Deck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or preservation of data. Nothing on the service is financial, gambling, legal, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Deck and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, service interruption, or reliance on an unverified result. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Claims must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another process.

Changes and contact
