DAILY DECK
PRIVACY NOTICE

Your data, plainly.

Effective August 12, 2026Last updated August 12, 2026Contact: admin@dailydeck.online

Daily Deck is free-to-play entertainment. It uses virtual chips that have no cash value and cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. This notice explains how Daily Deck, the operator of dailydeck.online, handles information when you use the service.

Information stored on your device

Daily Deck uses browser storage to keep a pseudonymous guest identifier, player display name, settings, daily game progress, completed results, and interface preferences. Dice, Video Poker, Mines, and Roulette currently run as local, unranked games, so their game state ordinarily remains in that browser.

You can remove this information through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or changing devices may permanently remove local progress.

Information sent to Daily Deck

Ranked Blackjack uses the Daily Deck API. The API may process an anonymous identity credential, display name, session identifier, wagers, legal gameplay actions, revealed cards, bankroll changes, results, server receipts, rules and build versions, and timestamps. The current service does not require your real name, postal address, telephone number, or payment details.

Our servers and infrastructure providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, response status, and request timing. We use this information to deliver the service, apply rate limits, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect game integrity.

How we use information

Advertising, cookies, and Google

Daily Deck loads Google AdSense on public pages for site verification and future advertising. Google and participating advertising vendors may receive the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, and advertising identifiers. They may set or read cookies or use similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads, and to detect fraud.

Google's use of advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to select ads based on visits to Daily Deck or other sites. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and can also control cookies through your browser.

Where consent is required, advertising choices may be presented through a consent management platform. Withholding or withdrawing consent may limit personalized advertising but should not change game odds, rules, virtual chips, or ranking.

When information is shared

We may share information with Google for AdSense, with hosting, database, security, and delivery providers that process it for us, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the service, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

Daily Deck does not sell personal information for money. Interest-based advertising and related data transfers may be treated as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws; applicable browser, consent, advertising, and contact-based choices remain available.

Retention and security

Browser data remains until it expires under the game's rules or you clear it. Server-side gameplay and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, integrity, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Routine server backups generally rotate after 14 days, although records preserved for an investigation or legal obligation may be retained longer.

We use encrypted transport, restricted service access, server-side validation, database isolation, backups, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

Age limits

Daily Deck is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

International use

Daily Deck and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, service providers are expected to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date on this page. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to admin@dailydeck.online.
